Word Water Day : "Leaving no one behind"

After writing my precedent article, I have been going through the report published by the United Nations resulting of the World Water Day talks. 

The thematic of this year was "Leaving no one behind", and the report states what the safe water and sanitation issues are everywhere in the world, not just Africa, and also discusses which policies are or will be implemented. 

As a non-governmental organization, the UN can only push States to act, suggest financial plans and use its influence on key people. However, as the talks were being held in presence of numerous State representatives and private institutions, it is fair to say that the outlines given in the report will inspire new actions and legislation in countries affected by the water crisis.
